Sold items keep appearing back into my pockets (ACPC)

Hello! I’ve noticed this issue since a few weeks ago that whenever I sell an item and then close the app, when I open it the items are there again. I don’t particularly mind because I still get the sales money but was wondering if anyone had this issue as well?
