Any android phone that doesn't do this?

Whenever I try to share an image in any app, the images take time to load from the photo picker it's very annoying and jarring. Wondering if it's just my S24U any phone out there that does this better? I have 256GB, 150gb free.

Stock gallery is completely fine and doesn't show gray boxes when scrolling and everything is already cached.
