How long will she last on semaglutide this time? Why does she keep quitting?

I started taking a similar injection recently and it got me thinking. It makes weight loss so much easier. You don't even miss the endorphins food gives you.

Discounting her definititely-real excuses, why would she stop taking it? It works for her. And unlike diets and exercise, it's effortless to keep up with. Do y'all think she just doesn't want to lose weight? Why?? Why pay the money if you have no intention of using the shots?

I give her the typical 4 weeks before her gallstones start dangling or whatever and she drops the meds.
