Slow season

I started before peak around 5 months ago. We are a Kariba facility and it's starting to get slow im a picker I don't want to do anything except pick i don't wanna be on the dock at all. For the past like 2-3 months we have been using 140-170 pickers and now it's starting to drop to like 40-70 are they gonna start forcing me to go on the dock?
