Aita for making a Karen uncomfortable

I 20 f was diagnosed with a rare form of diabetes when I was around 11. And have to take insulin to regulate my blood sugar. So I was out in the mall with my friends for food and had to take my insulin . An angry Karen in the most obnoxious tone says “Why are you taking drugs . You are making me uncomfortable “

I was dumbfounded. I even had a Cgm . I said it was insulin but Karen was adamant and caused a whole ruckus about me using the insulin .

Fed up I just dumped my sandwich on her, Karen went beet red and backed off

So would I be the Ta?
