Anxiety during job searches and interviews

I (23f) graduated college about six months ago with a degree in communication, and I'd like to work in a writing job. I've struggled with panic disorder that has turned into agoraphobia for almost a year now and I am desperate to change. For reference, I struggle to leave the house alone and go into situations where I can't access a bathroom or can leave in case I panic. I'm constantly worried that I'm going to throw up or panic when I'm nervous, although neither has ever happened to me before.

Given my situation, I am terrified to go to an interview in case I throw up during it. It also scares me to think of having to perform at a job daily, even though I have the qualifications and the drive to do so. For those of you who work, how do you manage the physical discomfort of anxiety while in an interview or other job situation? Do you find that employers are compassionate towards anxiety? Any kind words, shared experience, or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!
