acer nitro 5 stuck in red keyboard and no display

• no display at all, both acer logo and windows is not showing, seems like a boot up problem.
• left it shutdown but plugged in on charging mode (did it fry the inside?)
• showed no problems prior to leaving it on charge for more than half a day
• hasnt been touched by a technician since purchase

cant open backplate because still under warranty, is this solvable without opening backplate or is it better to get it diagnosed in acer support centers
