The AFL grand final, involving the Brisbane Lions got 414,000 viewers in Brisbane.

The NRL grand final, involving the Brisbane Broncos got 623,000 viewers in Brisbane.

Out of the 1,037,000 viewers in Brisbane for the grand finals, it was about a 60/40 split in favour of the NRL. However, that’s pretty decent from an AFL perspective considering the traditional Barassi Line.
