How to nerf ADCs in a healthy way
It's no news right now ADC is the most powerful it has been in years but it also made the meta very stale, the bot lane who wins is the one who wins the game most of the time, making junglers to perma gank bot and bot lane being far more volatile and snowballing than ever, so here are some ideas on how to soft nerf ADCs without making it less relevant like it was before this season.
1) Nerf draven and twitch life early (675 and 680hp at level 1) those champions have more life than tanks and fighters at level 1. For context vayne has 550 hp at level 1(she needs a buff in her base life too +30hp imo)
2) Nerf Zeri Late game(she has almost 2600hp while tanks like mundo are 2300-2400hp range).
3)Nerf Zeal Movement Speed to 5%.(only base zeal, the finished items at 7% is okay)
For context base Zeal is 153% gold efficient right now, meanwhile Serrated Dirk another component item that is rush and not even completed by snowballing ADC's is at 122 gold efficiency .
4) Nerf Bloodthirster shield from 450hp to 420hp, buff the lifesteal from 15% to 16%. Add 100 gold to the cost (the item is 110% gold efficient right now with the passive shield is up to 139%)
Blue side has the majority of the wins too like in LEC the wins were 25/10 compared to Red side. I think it has to do with Drake being more relevant than ever since the 50% buff they received to its passives, maybe revert it a bit so instead of a 150% drake buff right now compared to its original state, it will be at 125% buff.
Edit: An import thing I forgot is to reduce Turret's Plate gold to 120g, the bot/adc who wins lane early usually has free gold farming those plate and that just add salt to the injury to the already snowballing state of bot lane.
