2 Stage ACL revision

Has anyone here gone through a 2-stage ACL revision? I had the first stage done today. The plan was for a patella tendon graft, meniscus work, and an LET. However, the surgeon ended up just doing the bone grafting and a meniscus repair this time. Anyone faced a similar process? How did your recovery go between the two stages.
